5️⃣ years ago, I joined Databricks – I can still remember day 1 quite vividly, walking into the lil WeWork in Paddington. I was immediately taken with the buzz of a high-performing team in action and got whisked away straight into direct conversations with the amazing Bricksters, customers and partners we serve – the pace, the energy, the continuous learning, and growth has never slowed since.

📈 Transforming Relationships, Driving Success: together with the Databricks first team, we set out to transform relationships old and new into strategic and trusted partnerships, yielding business-valued outcomes and along the way smashing all the records set and having a ton of fun whilst doing so together. My Databricks journey has been nothing short of exhilarating, filled with lessons learned and boundaries being redefined.
